With an impressive turnout, “Startup Fest Gujarat” witnessed over 200 pioneering startups eager to showcase their ideas and ventures. What set this event apart was the remarkable presence of 134 investors, amassing an astounding 532 crore rupees in a shared pool fund. The anticipation and excitement surrounding this festival were palpable even before it kicked off.
Throughout these two remarkable days, Startup Fest Gujarat was a hub of activity. Entrepreneurs had the privilege of receiving one-on-one business audits and validations from the esteemed strategist and expert, Hirav Shah. The event also hosted a series of mentoring sessions led by industry experts, inspiring talks, and panel discussions. The Game Arena provided a fun and engaging space for networking and collaboration, fostering meaningful connections among attendees.
The highlight of the event was the substantial commitment from investors to support promising startups. Of the 200+ participating startups, a remarkable 55 sparked deep interest from investors, leading to the signing of 43 crore rupees worth of Letters of Intent (LOIs). This marked the beginning of many promising collaborations and future innovations.
Startup Fest Gujarat attracted over 14,000 visitors over two days, showcasing the tremendous enthusiasm and interest in Gujarat’s startup ecosystem. Visitors, mentors, and investors came from major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Rajkot, Surat, Pune, Kolkata, and even globally renowned chambers of commerce, demonstrating the event’s transformative power.
The incredible success of Startup Fest Gujarat Season 1 has paved the way for the eagerly awaited Season 2. With continued enthusiasm from startups, investors, and supporters, the event promises to be even more transformative for Gujarat’s startup ecosystem.This event wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of Swen Proficon.
